Customer Complaints Process
Bomac Building Services Ltd constantly strives to maintain the highest possible standards in the quality of work, the way it provides services and in the behaviour of its managers and employees.

With the aid of our Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, which is sent out on the completion of all projects, feedback is sought to help us continually improve our services to help eliminate any possibility of problems arising in the future.

We believe that the majority of problems can be sorted out by discussing the issues with the relevant members of staff on site and we encourage you to do this, so that if remedial works are required these can be carried out whilst our employees are on site.

If you feel you need to make a complaint, it is important that you contact us and tell us:
  • The nature of the complaint
  • The date and location of the incident
  • The identities of any persons involved, if applicable
Obviously it is hoped that all complaints can be dealt with as swiftly as possible and it is therefore imperative that clients make known any problems or queries regarding the contract as soon as they arise.

You can make a complaint by telephone, e-mail, or through the website via the customer complaints form, in person, writing to the address below or using the online form.

Our standards for dealing with complaints:
  • We will treat your complaint properly, fairly and impartially.
  • We aim to respond to the said complaint immediately wherever possible.
  • We will log your complaint and commence an investigation if required.
  • We will keep you informed of the outcome of any investigations.
  • We aim to satisfactorily resolve any complaint within 7 working days.
  • We promise that making a complaint will have no implications for your dealings with our company.
  • We will change the way we do things to avoid making the same mistake in the future.
Once a course of action has been agreed (in writing if required) between the client and ourselves the problem will be resolved as soon as practicable and would wish that any outstanding works be completed within an agreed amount of time.
